01 / The starting point
The team was growing.
The tools were adding work.
Field sales, operations, and management used separate applications. Each held part of the picture. Reps entered the same information in several places, while leadership pieced together updates at the end of the week.
At ten users, per-seat licences across the stack came to roughly $20,000 a year. As the department grew, both the repeated work and the licensing model became harder to live with.
02 / What we built
A shared foundation for
the work in the field.
We brought the department’s applications into one platform, designed around the way the team already worked. Each part reads and writes the same data, so information entered in one place is available wherever it is needed.
01
Territory & serviceability mapping
Put the information reps need to work a territory alongside the rest of their sales tools.
02
A CRM built around the pipeline
Track the team's actual sales process in the same platform as field activity.
03
Field survey tools
Capture information in the field and make it available to the rest of the operation.
04
Live performance reporting
Give leadership a view of field activity without waiting for a manually assembled report.
03 / What changed
Enter it once.
Use it across the operation.
Reps no longer need to copy the same information between these tools. Leadership can see field activity as it happens. The team grew from ten users to more than forty without adding per-seat licence fees for the replaced applications.

Annual third-party licensing eliminated
10 → 40+
Users supported as the team grew
The licensing figure reflects the third-party subscriptions replaced in this project. It is not a calculation of net savings: development, hosting, and ongoing support are separate costs.
The principle
The useful part wasn’t having another application. It was having the right information move with the work.
